Lot designed to accommodate one and two-story homes of 1800sf (minimum) to over 8000sf plus a two-car garage and dedicated golf cart storage on some plans.

Our thoughtfully designed pie-shaped lots have 20 foot front set-backs to give generous front lawns, and wider lot widths as you move towards the back of the lot where homes will enjoy generous patios and courtyards. Rear set backs of 0 to 5 feet along the alleyway make vehicular access easy.
